Emel Mathlouthi & Rasha Nahas to Perform in New York on March 18th
The duo will be performing an exclusive intimate concert at Brooklyn’s cultural center Pioneer Works.

Tunisian singer and producer Emel Mathlouthi, also known by her stage name (just) Emel, will be touching down in New York for a special live performance at Brooklyn’s cultural centre Pioneer Works on March 18th.
Since her beginnings fronting a revolutionary metal band in Tunis, Emel has consistently been a driving force in the Arabic music scene. She presents herself unapologetically and authentically through her art, visual appearance, and striking stage presence. Her famous track, ‘Kelmti Horra’ (‘My Word is Free’), propelled her to become an impactful voice during the Arab Spring.
The night will kick off with Berlin-based Palestinian artist Rasha Nahas - known for her soulful sound and charming dexterity on the guitar - on opening duties.
