A New Heritage-Inspired Boutique Resort Is Coming to Saudi's Yanbu
Blending wellness with cultural storytelling, the resort will feature private cabanas overlooking the sea and activities that draw from Yanbu’s maritime heritage.

Saudi destination developer Baheej has announced plans for a new boutique wellness resort along the Red Sea coast in Yanbu, furthering its vision of positioning the historic port city as a key stop on the emerging ‘Red Sea Riviera.’
Developed in partnership with ASFAR, the Public Investment Fund’s tourism investment arm, the 34-room resort marks the fourth phase of Baheej’s Yanbu Waterfront Project.
Designed by architecture firm Spectrum, the resort blends wellness with cultural storytelling. Private cabanas will overlook the sea, while a spa and programming draw from Yanbu’s maritime heritage—specifically the city’s deep-rooted ties to seafaring and pearl diving. Guests can expect experiences grounded in local healing methods, alongside sunrise meditations and movement practices attuned to the coastal landscape.
The project joins Baheej’s growing Yanbu portfolio—including Cloud 7 Lifestyle Hotel, Kaynuna Beach Escape, and the upcoming Jaba Tour Center and Diving Club—and is set to reflect a distinctly Saudi sense of place, where heritage and contemporary wellness meet.
