Abeer Nehme & Faia Younan Lead ‘An Arabic Night’ at The Pyramids Echo

The Pyramids Echo Festival – the cultural event where global artistry meets Cairo’s most historic landmark – will take place from November 24th to 30th and December 12th to 13th, under the theme “Cradle of Civilizations… Nexus of Arts and Culture”. On its fourth day, the festival is set to host a night of Eastern melodies featuring soul-stirring Arabic music performed by Lebanese singer Abeer Nehme and Syrian vocalist Faia Younan on November 27th – marking the fourth concert of the entire festival.

Nehme, celebrated as an “expert of musical genres and forms” with the rare ability to sing in more than 29 languages, and Younan, who first rose to fame with her 2014 YouTube release “To Our Lands” – a debut funded through crowdsourcing that earned her a Guinness World Record – will be accompanied by the CINE Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ahmed Oweda with the Festival’s Choir (Choir Master Adham Ezzat) in collaboration with the GUC Choir (Choir Master Ingy Lotfy).

Tickets are now available via Tazkarti’s official website.
