Crown Prince of Dubai Welcomes Fourth Child

Dubai's Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has announced the birth of his second daughter, Hind bint Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum. The newborn’s name was chosen in honour of the Crown Prince’s mother, Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum. The announcement was made via his official Instagram account, where he shared the newborn's name with his 16 million followers.

This marks Sheikh Hamdan’s second daughter. He and his wife, Sheikha Sheikha bint Saeed bin Thani Al Maktoum, are now parents to four children. The couple previously welcomed twins Rashid and Sheikha in May 2021, followed by their third child, Mohammed, in February 2023.

The news was met with congratulatory messages from across the UAE and beyond, as residents and public figures expressed well wishes to the Crown Prince and his family.
