Dubai Police’s 901 Call Centre managed over 713,000 non-emergency calls in 2024 and recorded a 92 % satisfaction rate, according to the force’s annual service review.
Officials reported that the centre hit its target of responding to the majority of calls within 20 seconds, and achieved a 100 % resolution rate for emails within four hours for the third consecutive year.
