Eco Egypt Opens Sustainable Travel Shop in Sharm El Sheikh
Eco Egypt continues their campaign for green tourism in Egypt with a line of sustainable travel products in their new Sharm El Sheikh store.
Eco Egypt, an ecotourism campaign dedicated to highlighting Egypt’s natural sights and wonders, has set up their own store in Sharm El Sheikh, just in time for the COP27 UN Climate Change Conference.
The store is tailored towards adventurers who are looking for sustainable travel essentials, with locally-produced items such as tote bags, metal straws, and bamboo toothbrushes - basically, all the little things that add up to a full arsenal of travel tools.
With COP27 taking place in the resort town, Eco Egypt has been engaged in the conversation on the importance of sustainability in the fight against climate change, all while promoting their agenda of repopularising Egypt’s nature trails and protectorates within the framework of environmental protection and sustainable travel.
