Swvl has signed a new three-year contract in Saudi Arabia valued at up to USD 1.5 million, marking an expansion of its healthcare mobility operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The agreement covers transportation services for patients, medical staff and equipment across healthcare facilities, using Swvl’s technology platform for dynamic route planning, real-time dispatching and operational optimisation. The deployment is designed to support on-demand and time-critical mobility needs while maintaining safety standards, service quality and operational visibility.
Saudi Arabia was described as a key growth market for the company. “Saudi Arabia represents one of the most strategic growth markets for Swvl in the region,” said Mostafa Kandil, Chief Executive Officer at Swvl. “Securing an up to USD 1.5 million multi-year healthcare contract reflects the growing demand for technology-enabled mobility solutions that can support complex, time-sensitive operations while maintaining safety, reliability, and operational control.”
The Saudi contract follows a series of recent multi-year enterprise agreements across the region. Swvl reported contracts valued at up to USD 2.2 million in Kuwait and up to USD 5.5 million in the United Arab Emirates, signalling continued expansion of its enterprise and sector-focused mobility services.
