UAE Launches AI Academy to Train Future Leaders
Launched by the Polynom Group and Abu Dhabi School of Management, the UAE’s Artificial Intelligence Academy merges academic research with industry insights to build the region’s AI leadership.

The UAE has launched the Artificial Intelligence Academy, a new educational initiative aimed at developing future AI leaders by bridging academic research with practical industry applications. The move supports the UAE’s broader ambition to strengthen its global position in the field of artificial intelligence.
Established through a partnership between the Polynom Group and the Abu Dhabi School of Management, the Academy offers a series of short, intensive programmes tailored for executives, senior government officials, and technical professionals.
Courses will cover core AI concepts, national and sectoral AI strategies, applications of generative AI tools, and executive-level insights on integrating AI into decision-making. Programmes will be delivered in multiple languages, reflecting the UAE’s multicultural landscape and ensuring accessibility for a broad range of participants.
The initiative is designed not only to build foundational AI skills but also to contribute to the region’s long-term goal of nurturing homegrown talent and positioning the UAE as a global hub for AI innovation.
