Dubai Chocolate Fries and Pistachio Foul Are Just the Start…
We believe sobia somehow found itself in the green mix.

Just when we thought pistachio had peaked, it keeps finding new ways to assert dominance. Kunafa took most of the heat this Ramadan, drowning under layers of syrup and nut-studded excess. But left to their own devices, people have gone further. Much further.
Case in point: Dubai Chocolate Fries. Pistachio Foul.
One, a plate of fries smothered in chocolate and crushed nuts—because apparently, nothing is safe. The other? A complete reinvention of a national breakfast staple, swapping out its earthy, cumin-spiced comfort for a green-tinged identity crisis.
At this point, there’s no telling what’s next. But if pistachio’s takeover has taught us anything, it’s that no dish is off-limits.
