Next, they’re introduced to the customary pasta course, featuring traditional Italian staples such as; Ravioli Al Tartufo, Cannelloni Con Ricotta e Spinaci, or a Sicilian Pie with Beef Ragu.
The third course introduces diners to a tempting array of main courses varying from Chilean Sea Bass with Clams, Lamb Chops with Roast Potatoes, and a Wagyu Beef Fillet in a Porcini Mushroom sauce. And as no meal is complete without dessert, a show stopping Italian easter dove-shaped cake filled with Colomba Pasquale con Mascarpone concludes the excursion.
