Rixos Hotels Acquire Development Rights of El Montazah Palace
The plan includes establishing a hotel within the Montazah palace under the Rixos brand.
The Rixos Hotels Chain has acquired the right to develop and manage the historic Montazah Palace in Alexandria under a usufruct system. The contracts stipulate that the Rixos Group will handle the execution, development, and enhancement of the palace individually, as well as manage and operate it after the official opening.
According to the contracts, the group will undertake the construction of a hotel inside the palace, following an architectural style that fits the palace's location and meets customer expectations. The plan includes establishing a hotel within the palace under the Rixos brand.
Preparation for the works to be carried out within the palace is expected to be completed soon, with the palace anticipated to be handed over in the coming period to begin development and enhancement works.
