Zayed International Voted ‘Best Airport at Arrivals Globally’
The new state-of-the-art terminal surpassed 400 others in the competition.
Zayed International Airport has been honoured with the title of ‘Best Arrival Airport Globally’ by the Airports Council International during the 2023 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.
The awards recognize airport excellence in customer experience, with over 600,000 global passengers participating in surveys for the 2023 edition. Zayed International Airport emerged as the winner among 400 airports worldwide.

Since November 2023, passengers at Zayed International Airport have enjoyed the benefits of the new state-of-the-art terminal. This upgrade has not only expanded the airport's operational capacity but also introduced world-class facilities for passengers and aviation operators, enhancing Abu Dhabi's appeal as a premier destination.
