Logexa Raises $2 Million to Expand Shared Logistics Network in KSA

Saudi-based logistics technology company Logexa has raised $2 million in a Pre-Series A round, backed by SEEDRA Ventures, Nour Nouf Ventures, and several angel investors. Founded in 2021 by Hussam Sindi and Hussam Spano, Logexa operates within the shared warehousing and transportation sector, developing a model that maximises the use of underutilised storage and transportation spaces across multiple Saudi cities. The fresh capital will be used to expand operations, enhance the company’s digital platform, and develop a comprehensive marketplace for logistics and storage services. Logexa’s ecosystem aims to connect businesses in need of flexible warehousing and transport options with available capacity, improving resource utilisation and reducing costs.
