Sharjah Military Hospital to Expand Services to Treat Residents
The Zayed Military Hospital will also have its name changed to Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital.
The Zayed Military Hospital in Al Batayeh, Sharjah will expand its services in order to treat residents in the northern regions starting January 1st, 2025. The hospital will also have its name changed to Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Hospital as part of the expansion.
The 200-bed inpatient hospital includes a large multi-speciality outpatient department, an in-house lab and pharmacy, an intensive care unit, a radiology department, six operating rooms and several procedure rooms. The hospital's services of military personnel and their families will continue uninterrupted.
The hospital will also introduce specialised health programmes, educational events and comprehensive health screenings.
