Number of Internet Users in Egypt Jumped to 65.25 Million in 2020
With this jump from 49.9 million to 65.25 million users, over half of Egypt's population now has stable access to the world wide web.

Between December 2019 and December 2020, Egypt has seen a 15.35% increase in the number of internet users. With this jump from 49.9 million to 65.25 million users, over half of the country now has stable access to the world wide web.
According to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, over 52 million internet users are connected via mobile, while the remainder use landline or USB connections.
