20 Centres for Autism Treatment Will Be Established Across Egypt
The centres will provide psychological aid and treatment to families who are unable to afford it.

The Ministry of Health and Populations preparing to establish an integrated centre for psychological treatment with a focus on autism. The centre will be the first of its kind in Egypt, with a plan to launch 19 more over the next five years across various governorates. The centres will provide psychological aid and treatment to families who are unable to afford it. Additionally, training programmes for nurses will soon be available so caretakers at the centre are more equipped to deal with patients on the autism spectrum.
